UNICAES AND ESAI, SIGN COOPERATION AGREEMENT (MOU)

PRESS PUBLISHING ESAI, SAN SALVADOR, EL SALVADOR.

The Catholic University of El Salvador (UNICAES) and the Aerospace Institute of El Salvador (ESAI), officially signed a cooperation agreement related to Aerospace Activities in El Salvador; which is aimed, among other things, at promoting Research, Development and Innovation (R+D+I) through academic and industrial clusters. This effort will help promote Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics (known by its acronym in English as STEAM) nationally and internationally. The agreement includes theoretical and practical training, it also involves conferences on aerospace technology, aeronautics and other related areas.

The agreement was signed by Monsignor Miguel Ángel Morán Aquino, Provost of UNICAES, and Dr. Luis Alfredo Alfaro, President of ESAI.

The signing of the agreement with the Aerospace Institute of El Salvador (ESAI) took place on the campus of the Catholic University of El Salvador (UNICAES) in the city of Santa Ana, on December 2, 2021. The agreement will facilitate the exchange of highly trained specialists, technicians, teachers and students.
